  • Customers who purchase eligible Tapo products during the promotional period (1 March – 1 April 2026) may submit their redemption until 30 April 2026. Redemption requests submitted after 30 April 2026 will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase must clearly display product name, purchase date, and retailer/order number.
  • All submissions will be reviewed prior to approval.
  • Approved redemptions will be consolidated and dispatched at the end of March after the campaign concludes.
